Role Overview:
The CHRO will lead all human resources functions at RAISSE Foundation, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational culture. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with RAISSE Foundation’s goals and values.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
Promote a positive organisational culture that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
Take ownership of all policy and process documents ensuring the organisation is executing them effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally within a global organisation.

The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of RAISSE Foundation, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and risk management. This role requires a strategic financial leader who can ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the think tank’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks.
Lead fundraising efforts in collaboration with the CEO and Development and Fundraising Manager.
Provide financial insights and guidance to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and fundraising.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to manage finances in a global, remote organisation.

The COO will oversee the day-to-day operations of RAISSE Foundation, ensuring that the organisation runs efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing operations, IT, and logistics, as well as supporting the CEO in executing the organisation’s strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the think tank’s operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organisational goals.
Manage IT, logistics, and administrative functions to support remote work and global operations.
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to ensure seamless execution of the strategic plan.
Implement systems and processes to improve operational performance and scalability.
Monitor organisational performance and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience as a COO or in a similar operations leadership role.
Strong understanding of operational best practices and process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.

Role Overview:
The Director of Research and Strategy will lead the development and implementation of RAISSE Foundation’s research agenda, ensuring that it aligns with the think tank’s mission to advance a united vision for Islamic civilization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of global issues, particularly those affecting the Muslim world.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the think tank’s research strategy across all verticals, including Civilizations, Sectors, Geopolitics, and Pillars.
Lead and manage a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to academic standards.
Foster partnerships with academic institutions, NGOs, and international organisations to enhance the think tank’s research capabilities.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the think tank’s research, representing RAISSE Foundation at conferences, in the media, and in public forums.
Work closely with the CEO to align research activities with the think tank’s overall strategy and objectives.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in International Relations, Islamic Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a research leadership role, preferably within a think tank or academic institution.
Strong publication record in relevant fields, with a focus on issues related to Islamic civilization.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of researchers.
