Our Processes
Our consultants carry out two-week sprints culminating in a bi-weekly alignment session where all consultants discuss client challenges across sectors. Reports, data, current affairs and personal experiences inform a shared understanding of the Ummah's problems. Solutions are then shaped against the yearly theme, Islamic ethics, and geopolitical context — translated into KPIs, narratives and project ideas delivered as training programmes, research papers and presentations in the following sprint.
